Clay and Debbie Co-Founded P1:3 Ministries after they were asked to consider serving in full time missions. Clay has a background in engineering, where he worked for 20 years in the energy conservation industry. Debbie has a degree in education and social work. Clay serves as President and Executive Director. Debbie serves as the Director of Discipleship and Education programs. They are based in Mzuzu, Malawi.
Susan Reece

Susan is the liaison between those serving in Malawi and supporters in the US. She is vital in keeping partners informed through quarterly newsletters, Christmas letters, sales from local artisans, monthly meetings with the founders, meetings with new supporters, and fundraisers.
Rev. Maxwell Chembezi

Maxwell is the teaching pastor at Lusinghazi Community Church, established in 2020 with Clay and Debbie Trussell and Mark and Ronel Beckett. The church is located in Lusinghazi, a more rural area of Mzuzu. Maxwell is married to Grace and they have 4 children.
Rev. Haswell Banda
Local Ministry Partner
Haswell is the pastor of a Living Waters Church in Lusinghazi. He is also the national director for Samaritans Purse in Malawi. Haswell is married to Josephine Banda and they have two sons.
Pat Paris
Go-Go’s Closet
Pat is the mother of two daughters, the grandmother to seven, and the great-grandmother to three girls. At 74, she has been called to the foreign mission field. She is leaving her home in Atlanta, Georgia to live full time in Mzuzu, Malawi. She will be starting “Go-Go’s Closet”, a community project located in a rural village in Mzuzu.
